Our Role Models

The Saints were people that lived in total abandonment and surrender to God. They were unapologetic and unflinching in their devotion to Jesus.

Fiersly determined to serve our Lord, some even to the point of death, our Saints boldly gave their all to win souls for Heaven.

Get to know our Saints

Some of my favourites:

Saint Joan of Arc — A young peasant girl who led the French army under God's direction and was martyred for her faith. Famous last words "Hold the cross high so I can see it through the flames"

Saint Francis of Assisi — Gave everything to rebuild God's church.

Saint Teresa of Ávila — A Doctor of the Church and mystic. Her writings on prayer and the interior life remain among the most profound in Christian history.

Saint Teresa of Calcutta (Mother Teresa) — Her beautiful face radiates her love for the Lord. She saw the face of Jesus in the people she so lovingly served. Famous words "Find your own Calcutta".

Saint Augustine of Hippo — A former sinner turned Saint. Famous words that resonate even today: "Our heart is restless until it rests in You".

Saint Monica — Every praying mother will resonate with Saint Augustine's mum who prayed for 23 years for her son's conversion.

Saint Catherine of Siena — Her powerful words will echo forever:  "Be who God made you to be and you will set the world on fire".

Saint Thérèse of Lisieux — Doing samll things with radical big love for Jesus.

Saint John Paul II — Another modern Saint whose teachings on the dignity of the human person and the family are needed today more than ever. 

May the Saints pray for us to Jesus our Lord and inspire us to love God as fully as they did and will do for all eternity. Glory to God forever!
